East Württemberg promotes itself to foreign skilled workers
Raising awareness of East Württemberg abroad: that was the goal of the online event organized last week by the Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg team. Interested professionals from all over the world tuned in to find out about work and study opportunities and learn what the region has to offer.
Anniversary event: “5 years of the Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg”
Around 80 guests from companies, universities, government agencies, and regional networks attended the anniversary event of the Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg at the KulturBahnhof Aalen last week.
Welcome Center in Baden-Wuerttemberg
The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor, and Tourism of the State of Baden-Württemberg currently supports twelve statewide Welcome Centers, including the Welcome Center for the East Württemberg region.
The Welcome Centers are contact points for skilled workers from all over the world. They also offer valuable support to companies that want to hire international employees or already employ them. Each regional Welcome Center works independently and closely with the people and companies as well as the specific characteristics of its respective region.
At the state level, the Welcome Centers work closely together in a network. The Welcome Centers are part of THE LÄND skilled worker campaign.
